I can't tell you how many times I have had to go to NYC for rescue haircuts. Lots of places advertise curly cuts, "devacuts", yaddah yaddah- but they truly have no idea what they are doing. I am a curly haired gal and- let me tell you- I have experienced some pretty awful haircuts in Upstate New York. Wow, I am in shock that I did not review this salon sooner! Bijou was probably one of my greatest discoveries to date in the Syracuse area.
